Fleeting Images does not sell, rent, or lease personal

photography, we gather enough information so that we can process your
request. We never release this information to third parties. In addition to
fulfilling your immediate request, this information is kept on file so that
we can be aware of your ongoing needs. We will use this information to

doing so, we hope to make ourselves useful and relevant to your business.
We never "mass market". Every message you receive from us will be
personally addressed & targeted to you.

within this "Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions" page refers to

Fleeting Images remain sole owners of all media taken on
behalf of our clients. The clients booking of our services grants us
approval to publicize without prior notification and remains in effect
until revoked.We therefore retain the right to use any media for our use as
advertisement or for any future publication. We will endeavor to remain
sensitive to our client’s wishes as to the usage of media for advertisement
and publication by written request.
Should clients wish to lease or purchase the copyright, the
client can request a quote in writing.

sites maintained by third parties. Neither Fleeting Images, their
associates nor affiliates operate or control in any respect any

Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by Fleeting
Images, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, the
disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement,
shall survive. A termination fee may apply, if a termination of services is
not made by writing (i.e. email) within one week of the event. All weddings
are subject to a 50% deposit to secure the special day, and the deposit is
non refundable.
Other
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held by a court of
competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall
be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the
parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
Fleeting Images failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of
this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision
unless acknowledged and agreed to by Fleeting Images in writing. The
section titles in this Agreement are solely used for the convenience of the
parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
Reference herein to any products, shareware, services,
processes, and hypertext links to third parties or other information by
trade name, trademark, manufacturer, and supplier or otherwise does not
necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, sponsorship or
recommendation by Fleeting Images or its Content Partners. Product and
service information are the sole responsibility of each individual vendor.
These Terms of Use and all claims or issues regarding this
Web Site shall be governed according to the laws of United Kingdom, to the
exclusion of its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United
Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of
April 11, 1980, shall be excluded.
Any dispute or difference arising out of or concerning these
Terms of Use or this Web Site which dispute or difference cannot be settled
amicably shall be resolved definitely and exclusively by arbitration under
the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by three
(3) arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules, unless the
parties agree on the name of a single arbitrator.
The place of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. All
documentary submissions, presentations, and proceedings shall be in the
English language.
The arbitral award shall be substantiated in writing. The
decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding, and judgment
upon the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction
thereof. The arbitral tribunal shall assign the costs of arbitration.
